At-home AND Gym: Each day you are supposed to train I have both at-home AND gym routines. Don't feel like hitting the gym one day? No problem. Stay at home at workout. You get to choose.

Bi-weekly Routines: You'll be on a schedule and your training will change EVERY 2 WEEKS. So be prepared to have something new so you don't get bored.

Training App Access: All exercises are housed inside my training app. In there you'll track all workouts and make progressions. You can also connect MyFitnessPal, FitBit or your Apple watch. 

Demonstrative Videos: ​Every exercise will have example videos. If you happen to be unsure on how to execute the movement, you can see how to perform every exercise with perfect form.

​Training Variables: Every exercise will have the number of sets, repetitions and/or time you need to do. You'll know exactly what to do for each movement.

Update Progress: Inside my app you can update your photos and measurements to keep track of progress. Accountability is key. 

Group Chat: I place all my clients inside a chat room so we can all talk amongst ourselves and share any information that may be valuable to the group. 

24/7 Coaching:  I'm always here to answer any questions you have along the way to ensure you get the best possible results. 

Ongoing Nutrition: I will create a customized meal plan for you. It'll be tailored to YOU based on what you like but also what you need. This way the "dieting" process won't seem like a hassle. As time goes on, we will adjust as needed. 

Recipes: Every Sunday you'll get a new delicious recipe. These recipes are killer and have the precise calories and macronutrients.

RESULTS: If you follow my program, you'll get results. That means....you need to do all the strength training and cardio routines I have built. You need to get enough sleep. You need to drink enough water. And you need to stop eating like an asshole. You do these four simple things and you will achieve results.
